An additional tax for the benefit of HIGHLAND COUNTY for the purpose of THE SUPPORT OF HIGHLAND COUNTY CHILDREN'S SERVICES AND THE CARE AND PLACEMENT OF THE CHILDREN at a rate not exceeding 0.9 mill for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to NINE CENTS ($0.09) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for FIVE (5) YEARS, commencing in 2008, first due in calendar year 2009.

GREAT OAKS VOCATIONAL SCHOOL

A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the Great Oaks Institute of Technology and Career Development, Counties of Hamilton, Clermont, Warren, Butler, Clinton, Fayette, Highland, Ross, Pickaway, Madison, Brown and Greene, Ohio, for the purpose of CURRENT OPERATING EXPENSES at a rate not exceeding two and seven-tenths (2.7) mills for each one dollar of valuation, which amounts to twenty-seven cents ($0.27) for each one hundred dollars of valuation, for ten (10) years, commencing in 2009 first due in calendar year 2010.

GREENFIELD EXEMPTED VILLAGE SCHOOL DISTRICT

Shall the existing tax of one and one-quarter per centum (1.25%) on the school district income of individuals and estates imposed by the Greenfield Exempted Village School District be replaced by a tax of one and one-quarter per centum (1.25%) on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district for a continuing time, beginning January 1, 2009, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CURRENT EXPENSES? If the new tax is not approved, the existing tax will remain in effect under its original authority for the remainder of its previously approved term.
